I hope they keep it up and inshallah a few years from now some of these promising talents will be taking us to the 2010 world cup. Was it just me or did we have an unusual number of balls that hit a post? This team was really good in my opinion, they didn’t give any of their 3 opponents an easy game. The FA get 40 -50 players to try out, then at the end they select 22. We barely went thru to the Asian Cup. That was almost a year ago. Then the team prepared a bit more to be ready for the Asian cup. I think the FA was looking for just a good show there... The lads ended up reaching the Semi-final and upsetting China before losing a close game with the Asian champions. The FA realized that we have a chance and we need to do well in the WC. Still the lads over exceeded the expectation. Will this help the program improve, will Jordan make the FIFA WC again ??? Needless to say that Jordan started the Asian qualification as usual.
