As always we are the enemy of success that’s why we are on of the third world countries I’m wondering if you really don’t have 1 JD in your account why you want to have cheque book !!

However, the check book part sounds like, how do you say...salbatah! If you want them to follow the rules, you also are obliged to the same. have enough balance to cover your transactions to have a better position demanding your rights. Would you rather the bank charge you an over draft fee because you're "a few piasters short"? Afterall, they are in the banking business, where every penny counts.
