		<description>agreed... the only thing i would add is investing in research on &#039;creating&#039; water (a process that releases energy!)... i know such research is still prelimenary and can not be used widescale, but that is what pioneering and investing should be about... recognizing your problems early and working on solutions for the long term.</description>
