@Winkie & HMK – if we get out of their way they will. Our gen is full of control freaks that can’t let go at the right time… We’ve tried so much our way, and a lot hasn’t worked… why not step back, let them in, and live the change in our lifetime?!

a big part of the problem are the policies and systems in place that deny opportunities and stifle the abilities of the youth to build healthy and useful organizations. it isn’t just the leaders that are in the way, but it is policies and such as well.
