Sunny Art FairIf you were to pick one cultural or artistic event to go to this week, it has to be the Sunny Art Fair at Zara Center, where Jordan’s most important galleries have come together under one roof. It’s a great chance to see the work of so many Jordanian artists in one place.

That said, to pick just ONE event this week would be such a shame, given the number of very interesting things taking place around town. It’s German Film Week AND Iraqi Film Week. Check out new trends in Egyptian Cinema at Darat Al-Funun. Listen to the Amman Arab Music Ensemble play this Wednesday. Or get in the holiday spirit with the many Christmas concerts, plays, and activities around town. And then there are the weekly regulars; book discussion at the National Library, Shoman culture forum and weekly film, Live Jazz at Canvas, and Bait Al-Ruwwad.
