This week’s arts and culture highlight is a Turkish film week hosted by the Royal Film Commission, screening award-winning and internationally acclaimed films starting today until Thursday.

Another highlight is Oud East of the River, a concert by Abdul Wahab Kayali and a group of leading Jordanian musicians, performing classical Arabic instrumental pieces and improvisations. The program will feature pieces by Al-Sharif Muhyiddin Haydar, Jamil Bashir, Munir Bashir, Ghanem Haddad, George Michael, Mohammad Abdul-Wahab and others.
