Ramadan is coming to an end and it’s Eid week, with the official holiday from Tuesday to Friday. All of us here at 7iber wish you a blessed Eid and an enjoyable break.

For our arts and culture agenda, it’s a very short week (read: two days). You can still check out Amman’s Citadel Nights, with live music by Hani Mitwasi tonight and Haifa Kamal tomorrow.

Tonight, Green Peace Jordan are organizing a screening of the documentary “Uranium: Is it a Country?” which aims to ‫illustrate the risks posed by nuclear energy, whilst paying particular attention to uranium mining‬.

The directorate of arts and theater has been hosting daily cultural evenings in Ramadan, with diverse performances. We haven’t been able to detailed schedule, but you can check it out at their outdoor space in Jabal Luweibdeh.
