Research Intern

This is an entry level position for a recent graduate or a university student between semesters. Responsibilities include supporting programs and projects 7iber is currently implementing. Specific tasks include writing, investigating topics, and conducting background research on ideas as directed.

The ideal candidate must be an excellent writer (in English), a digital native, self-directed, task-oriented and able to meet strict deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills and gain experience with a small but energetic team. Editorial Intern

This is a position for a recent graduate or university student studying journalism or has a demonstrated interest in media and journalism. The intern’s main responsibility will be to support 7iber’s editors and journalists, including background research for stories, fact-checking, curating content, and other editorial tasks. There might be opportunities to produce short pieces and cover events for 7iber.

This is a great opportunity to develop your journalism skills and gain first-hand experience in a progressive multimedia newsroom. The ideal candidate must be a news junky, fluent in both Arabic and English, a digital native, able to work independently and in a team, and can meet strict deadlines.
