فلسطين الحضارة عبر التاريخ
في ذكرى مرور ١٠٠ عام على وعد بلفور، و٧٠ عام على قرار هيئة الأمم المتّحدة بتقسيم فلسطين، و٥٠ عام على حرب ١٩٦٧، تكرّس دارة الفنون- مؤسّسة خالد شومان برنامجها الفنّي والثقافي للعام ٢٠١٧ لاستعراض الجوانب الثريّة للحضارة الفلسطينيّة على مر العصور تحت عنوان «فلسطين الحضارة عبر التاريخ»، ينخرط فيه عدد من أبرز الفنانين والمفكرين والباحثين والمؤرخين بمعاينة عميقة للمنجزات الحضاريّة والثقافيّة الفلسطينيّة عبر سلسلة معارض فنيّة ومحاضرات معمّقة في التاريخ والأدب والصحافة والسير الذاتيّة وعلم الاجتماع والآثار والعمارة وسلسلة “«حكايا زمان» وعروض أفلام وعروض مسرحيّة وموسيقيّة.
يتحدث خالد حوراني عن أعماله المعروضة في دارة الفنون. بعد اللقاء يعرض فيلم رشيد مشهراوي عن مشروع «بيكاسو في فلسطين».

Falastin al Hadara
The year 2017 marks 100 years since the 1917 Balfour Declaration, 70 years since the 1947 UN resolution for the Partition of Palestine, and 50 years since the 1967 Arab-Israeli war. Within this context, Darat al Funun-The Khalid Shoman Foundation dedicates its 2017 exhibition and events program to showcasing the continuity of Palestinian history and cultural heritage throughout the ages under the title “Falastin al Hadara”. Beginning with the ancient history of Palestine, a year-long program has been organised that includes in-depth talks on archaeology and architecture, early printed press and radio, Palestinian poets and writers, photography, and history of music and popular culture before 1948.
Khaled Hourani will talk about the works he is currently presenting at Darat al Funun. The talk is followed by a screening of Rashid Masharawi’s film on the ‘Picasso in Palestine’ project.
