حفل موسيقي ل مانفرد لويشتر (أكورديون) من ألمانيا و محمد نجم (كلارينيت) من فلسطين. الموسيقي محمد نجم يمثل جيل جديد من الموسيقيين المحترفين في الوطن العربي. يعمل نجم حاليا في باريس على مشروع موسيقي، ويتشاركان بنهم فضولي كل لموسيقى الآخر، ويقدمان معا مقطوعاتهم الموسيقية الخاصة، التي يكتشفان فيها المساحات الممكنة المشتركة في الارتجال والتأليف. بالرغم أنهما من خلفيات موسيقية مختلفة جدا ما بين الموسيقى العربية، والموسيقى الكلاسيكية التقليدية والجاز، يعملان من خلال هذا المشروع للانفتاح على العالم أجمع، ويتوسعان في اللاحدود الصوتية لآلتيهما.

الموسيقي الألماني العالمي مانفرد لويشتر جاب بلاد العالم خلال عشرات السنين مع آلته الموسيقية: الأوكورديون. لوختر انفتح على لقاءات مميزة وتجارب موسيقية مختلفة نتج عن معظمها مشاريع جديدة وفريدة. وقد قبل دعوة الموسيقي الفلسطيني محمد نجم عازف آلة الكلارينت للعزف معه في إطلاق ألبومه الجديد في رام الله سنة 2014.

Manfred Leuchter on accordion from Germany and Mohamed Najem on clarinet from Palestine in concert at Al Balad Theater

Najem represents a new generation of highly-trained musicians from the Arab World. Like Leuchter, the now Paris-based clarinetist has eyes and ears for the whole world and now they have a new live project together. They share an insatiable curiosity about each other’s musical universe, and together they present their own pieces, thereby exploring the possibilities between composition and improvisation.

Against a background of very differing music genres such as Arabian music, classical tradition and jazz, they expand and stretch the sound boundaries of their instruments Manfred Leuchter has been travelling all over the world for decades with his instrument: the accordion. A musical “global player” who is open for and experienced many very special “encounters” -which often result in exciting new projects- has accepted Mohamed Najem’s offer in 2014 to come to Ramallah to play on Najem’s debut-CD.
