ماهر، طفل يبلغ من العمر سبعة أعوام، كان يتجول في الحي حين شاهد أطفالا آخرين يلعبون مع خروفهم. كان يشعر بالوحدة لأنه لا يملك واحدا. ولأن الأطفال الآخرين لا يريدون اللهو معه، لجأ إلى حضن أمه. في اليوم التالي لم يذهب الأب للعمل وذلك ليجمع المال ويشتري به خروفا، واستخدم لذلك كل الوسائل الممكنة.

Maher is a seven-year-old child. He was walking around in the neighborhood when he saw other children playing with their sheep. He was feeling lonely because he did not have a sheep. Because the other children did not want to play with him, he sought his mother’s help. The next day his father did not go to work in order to collect money and buy a sheep, using every possible way to achieve that purpose.
