A set of photographs of activists, journalists and bloggers from the Arab world expressing their message for change. The idea of this project is to bring our voices together, show that the arab blogger community is not a monolithic one and that despite our differences we are one community.
A big shoutout to Hussam Da’na from 7iber for his assistance during the shoot and Ahmed Asery for the signs typography.
We watch the government, not the other way around
How can the internet be enslaved, when it was born free and open
Stop targeting and killing journalists
Laugh to the world and it will laugh back
From Amman, this is Beirut
Liberty, peace, justice and the revolution are people’s choice.
Art makes the revolution irresistible
I demand freedom for bloggers and journalists in the Arab World
I am not free if those around me are not free
No voice is louder than the voice of freedom
Freedom for Razan Zaitouneh and all abducted activists in Syria
Freedom for Jehad Mohammad and Waddah Azzam
Down with the authority of Oslo
Information is power, and like all power there are those who want to keep it to themselves
Free Jabeur, self-exiled to live free.
People deserve transparency
The revolution is personal
Information is a right to everyone
