تقدم لكم مؤسسة عبد الحميد شومان الفيلم السوري “باب المقام” ضمن أيام أفلام المخرج السوري محمد ملص وذلك يوم الثلاثاء 27 أيار، الساعة 7 مساءً في سينما الرينبو

تعيش إيمان مع زوجها وأطفالها الثلاثة في منزل متواضع قرب قلعة حلب. تكتشف إيمان فجأة أنه مضى على زواجها عشرة أعوام لم تفعل فيها شيئا إلا العناية بزوجها وأطفالها الثلاثة. تشرع إيمان في الاستماع إلى أغاني أم كلثوم ويزداد عشقها لها. تردد إيمان أغاني أم كلثوم وتصبح متعتها الكبرى البحث في الأسواق عن أشرطة أغاني أم كلثوم. يتأثر زوجها بهذا التحول في حياتها ويشجعها على إشباع عاطفتها الجديدة. لكن أخوانه يعتقدون أنها فقدت عقلها، فهي تستمع للموسيقى، تغني ويبدو أنها مغرمة. هل تقابل إيمان رجلا آخر؟ يقرر الأخوة مراقبتها.
محمد ملص: ( ولد عام 1945) مخرج سوري بارز. أخرج ملص عدة أفلام وثائقية وروائية حازت على شهرة عالمية. يعتبر ملص أول مخرج مؤلف في السينما السورية.
أخرج ملص فيلمه الروائي الطويل الأول” أحلام المدينة” عام1983 وحاز الفيلم على الجائزة الأولى في مهرجاني فالنسيا وقرطاج.
فيلم ملص الروائي الطويل الثاني” الليل” أنتج عام1992 ويشكل الفيلم مع ” أحلام المدينة” جزئيين من ثلاثية لم تكتمل تنطلق من السيرة الذاتية. حاز الفيلم على شهرة عالمية وحصل على الجائزة الكبرى في مهرجان قرطاج السينمائي. أخرج ملص فيلم الطويل الثالث” باب المقام” عام 2005.
أخرج ملص فيلمه الروائي الطويل الرابع “سلّم إلى دمشق” عام 2013 والذي رشح لجائزة أفضل فيلم في مهرجان دبي السينمائي الدولي

Imane lives with her husband and three children in a modest house across from the historic citadel of Aleppo. She suddenly realizes that it’s been ten years that she’s been married, during which she’s done little more than take care of her husband and their three children. Imane takes to listening to the songs of Oum Kalthoum and develops a great passion for her. She tries singing herself. Her greatest joy is to comb the bazaar for cassettes of Oum Kalthoum Her husband is thrilled by the transformation of his wife and encourages her new passion. His brothers, however, think she’s gone mad: she listens to music, sings and seems consumed by passion. Could she be seeing another man? They decide to follow her…
Mohammad Malas: (born 1945) is a prominent Syrian filmmaker. Malas directed several documentary and feature films that garnered international recognition. He is among the first auteur filmmakers in Syrian cinema.
Malas directed his first feature film, “Ahlam al-Madina” (Dreams of the City), in 1983. Film received first prize at the Valencia and Carthage film festivals. Malas’s second feature film, ‘al-Lail ‘(The Night), was realized in 1992. It forms, along with Ahlam al-Madina, the first and second parts of an unfinished trilogy project. Al-Lail received international recognition and won first prize at the 1992 Carthage Film Festival. Bab al-Makam (Passion), released in 2005, was Malas’s third feature film. His Last film “Sillam ila Dimashk” (Ladder to Damascus) was released in 2013. The film was nominated as best film in Dubai Film Festival.
