بازار (من قلب الأردن) يفتح أبوابه ومن المقرر أن يحضر حفل الافتتاح معالي الدكتور منذر جمهاوي، المدير العام لدائرة الآثار العامة في وزارة السياحة والآثار، بالنيابة عن معالي الدكتور نضال قطامين، وزير العمل ووزير السياحة والآثار. وسيتضمن الحدث أيضا عرض حي لتقنيات الصباغة الطبيعية من قبل نساء غور الصافي!

Christmas Craft Bazaar Featuring Jordanian Handmade Crafts
Within the framework of the UNESCO project, (Empowering Rural Women in the Jordan Valley) funded by Drosos Foundation, the Ghor el-Safi Women’s Association has organized a Christmas Bazaar to display Jordanian handmade crafts produced by rural women from all around Jordan. The members of the Ghor el-Safi Women’s Association for Social Development will proudly display the eco-friendly original brand of Safi Crafts products. Safi Crafts produces Jordanian handmade crafts using natural dyes such as mud from the Dead Sea and plants from Dana and the Jordan Valley. The event will also feature a range of other women’s associations from all around Jordan that will present and sell their locally made crafts with items including natural soap, textiles, pottery and accessories.
The Bazaar (From the Heart of Jordan). The Opening Ceremony will be attended by His Excellency Dr. Monther Jamhawi, Director General of the Department of Antiquities of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities of Jordan, on behalf of His Excellency Dr. Nidal Katamine, Minister of Labor and Minister of Tourism and Antiquities. The event will also include a live demonstration of natural dyeing techniques by the Women of Ghor el Safi!
