So far the debate has been quite interesting and informative. The question being posed – “is the Arab world betraying its youth?” – focuses on one of my favorite subjects. From unemployment to our youth leaving their countries in search of better education, work and freedoms, it is a very complex topic. The debate is currently live on the Al Arabyia channel and I will get back to discuss it later today but I wanted to post a video of the debate of an exchange that took place a few moments ago. These are some of the young people in the audience posing some interesting questions and interesting comments.
