Synopsis: Shot in Jordan and Syria, this film is an intimate account of history, and it sets out to understand the mental and emotional state behind the Arab Resistent movements of the 30s up until this date. An observational first person pilgrimage into the lives of a dispersed Palestinian family. The director questions her personal fears, and clings on to the resonance of intimate moments shared with her grandmother and great aunt; a passing generation whose hope has been challenged by decades of oppression and conflict.
